Custom Order Instructions

1. You will complete the online Google order form found at https://forms.gle/9tqupGbRoy9XDXXx8

*If you don't know your nail size, enter 0 for the nail measurements. Be sure to email us picture of your bare hands next to a quarter*

*After you have provided your custom size measurements to us once, you DO NOT have to provide them to us again unless you want a different size nail.

2. We will email you an invoice with pricing details for your order

3. Complete order payment using the following information:

Orders will be processed after ALL steps are completed. If we have any questions/concerns about your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Custom Orders start at $35 and increase depending on design detail and nail length.
Sets are available in the following sizes: XS, Small, Medium, and Large.

Each set comes with 5 tips ranging from size 0-9 with 0 being the largest size and 9 being the smallest size.

Sizing Information is as follows:

XS: 3, 6, 5, 7, 9

Small: 2, 5, 4, 6, 9

Medium: 1, 5, 4, 6, 8

Large: 0, 4, 3, 5, 7

There is a larger size "00" tip available if desired. To substitute size 00 for one of the tips in the prepackaged set, please indicate in the "Personalizations" section.

If you already know your nail sizes and do not want to purchase a set in the size sets available, you are able to indicate what size tips you want in the Personalization section. Please remember to include 5 tip sizes in the Personalization.

Please be aware that you are only allowed 5 tips per hand.

IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME ORDERING AND YOU NEED TO BE SIZED:

Send a picture of your bare hand with all five fingers visible next to a quarter to dashauna.beauty.emporium@gmail.com. Please try to make sure there are no false nails on your hands when you send the picture. We will use the picture to estimate the size of the nail tips for your hand. However, the only way to ensure accurate sizing is to either have your nails measured by Dr. Ballard (owner) in person or by purchasing a sizing kit that allows you to measure your nails and upload your sizes yourself.
